What you'll do:

As Marketing and Admin Assistant you are expected to be highly organised and creative. This is a newly created, in-house role designed to bring both our marketing and documentation functions internal for the first time. We are looking for someone who comes equipped with the skills, tools, and initiative to help build and establish these functions from the ground up, working collaboratively with leadership while taking increasing ownership over time.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Marketing

  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials using tools such as Canva, coordinating with external printers for final production
  • Prepare and manage social media assets for platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Support the development and execution of broader marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership

Documentation and Administration


  • Develop, edit, and maintain precedents and templates within company systems (Precedent Manager)
  • Provide document editing support to all staff, ensuring consistent branding and adherence to the company style guide
  • Build and format reports, copy edit written materials, and support the preparation of professional documentation
  • Maintain and organise resources via SharePoint and Microsoft Planner
  • Assist with overflow administrative functions including form filling, research, and workflow and policy documentation.

Successful candidates must have:


  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, SharePoint, Planner, and Copilot
  • Strong working knowledge of PDF suite tools
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms
  • Experience managing social media content across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn (organic and content-focused, not sales or recruitment)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Exemplary written and spoken English skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Prior experience building or formalising in-house marketing or documentation functions is highly regarded

Work Arrangements:


  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
