Job Description

Location: Taguig

Work Set-up: On-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing and customer data to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Track customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to optimize customer communications.
  • Recommend automation and process improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or related roles.
  • Experience supporting online or digital businesses.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
