Job Description

The Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager plays a critical role in driving business success by leading the analysis of marketing initiatives and its contribution to traffic across all digital platformsincluding the corporate website, mobile app, and other touchpoints. The primary focus of this role is to uncover insights from user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion data of traffic to different Home Credit platforms with the goal to optimize marketing effectiveness, enhance digital experience, and support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

Web Traffic & Performance Analysis

  • Lead the monitoring and analysis of all online traffic sources across digital platformsincluding the corporate website, mobile app, and other touchpoints. Identify user behavior patterns, traffic drivers, and conversion trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize digital performance.

Industry Benchmarking

  • Conduct regular benchmarking of Home Credit's digital performance against industry standards and competitors. Analyze metrics such as traffic sources, engagement rates, conversion benchmarks, and user experience trends to identify gaps and opportunities. Use insights to inform strategic planning, enhance digital competitiveness, and support continuous improvement across marketing initiatives.

Data Insights and Reporting

  • Deliver timely and accurate ad hoc reports and build intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights for Marketing and Communications teams. Ensure data is aligned with business goals and supports performance tracking across digital channels.
  • A/B Testing on the Website: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on web pages and digital assets to evaluate performance variations, optimize user experience, and improve key metrics such as engagement, conversion rate, and organic traffic.
  • Website Feature Deployment: Coordinate with internal teams to advocate for and facilitate the timely release of new website features and updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing user experience, engagement, and conversion.
  • Advanced Product Analytics: Perform in-depth analysis on user journeys, customer lifecycle, and conversion metrics for a wide range of products offered via the mobile app (e.g., gadget loans, cash loans, credit cards, Smile Rewards, games, etc.), identifying trends and actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Campaign Support and Optimization: Collaborate with Campaign Managers to define customer segmentation strategies, extract and target the right audience, and provide comprehensive post-campaign analysis to assess performance and optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Finance Analysts, and Data Engineers to gather, integrate, and clean data from various sources to enable robust, data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Reporting: Own the creation and delivery of regular, high-impact reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Provide ongoing data governance and ensure reports are aligned with business goals and KPIs.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, helping to elevate the team's overall analytical capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven thinking.

What You Should Have

  • Regional/foreign experience (SG, India, Malaysia)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics or Reporting or Business Intelligence from Marketing organizations or Advertising/Digital Agency.
  • SQL expertise ability develop and maintain scripts, procedures, etc.
  • Data storytelling be able to visualize and communicate data in an easily understandable manner
  • Knowledge in using GA4
