Client Engagement & Search Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define search strategies, and align on hiring priorities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, delivering speed, accuracy, and value throughout every search.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for contingent searches, from intake through successful placement.
- Partner closely with the Account Management team to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Sourcing & Recruiting
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent for Marketing and Sales roles.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and internal databases.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term career alignment.
- Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with comprehensive candidate summaries and relevant market insights.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the entire recruiting process.
Operations & Technology
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate pipeline, and placement metrics.
- Continuously refine search strategies based on data, recruiting outcomes, and evolving market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency recruiting with a focus on Sales and/or Marketing roles.
- A proven track record of successfully placing technical professionals in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and client priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment with a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
