About the Role

The Marketing & Commercial Administration Executive supports the execution of brand, trade marketing, and commercial activities for the Frames business. This role is responsible for administrative coordination, reporting, and budget tracking across multiple brands and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing & Planning Support
  • Support the implementation of brand guidelines and coordinate client communications
  • Validate client submissions (renderings, proposals, KPIs, technical drawings) and coordinate approvals
  • Assist in the preparation of pitchbacks, Joint Business Plans (JBP), and marketing calendars
  • Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and quarterly reporting (5+7, 8+4, BDG)
Budget & Reporting Administration
  • Prepare and monitor annual ADV budgets across brands and clients
  • Track approved marketing claims and support submissions (interim, chargebacks)
  • Compile completion reports, post-mortems, and documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance on claim status and follow-ups
Trade Marketing & Retail Coordination
  • Coordinate seasonal visual merchandising (SS/FW) and retail activations
  • Support store openings and field merchandising activities
  • Manage submissions to Regional teams (distribution and visibility reports)
  • Coordinate forecasts and orders for trade marketing materials
Consumer Activations & Digital Support
  • Support execution of consumer activations, including planning and approvals
  • Assist in GWP shipments, PO processing, artwork approvals, and vendor coordination
  • Distribute digital assets and marketing materials to clients
Commercial & Special Projects
  • Support Infomarche submissions and special collection forecasts
  • Assist in distribution planning and product feedback collection
  • Provide support for commercial initiatives and special projects
Training & Events Support
  • Coordinate training sessions (N1, N2 collections) with regional teams and partners
  • Support event logistics, participant coordination, and post-event activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing administration, trade marketing, or commercial support
  • Experience working with regional or HQ stakeholders is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong coordination, administrative, and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
