Ease Solutions is a leading IT solutions provider and official partner of Atlassian and monday.com. We help organizations improve collaboration, IT service management, and digital workflows. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Campaign Executive to drive and execute marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and support sales growth. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns, events, and content that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives
- Develop content for various marketing channels, including emails, social media, websites, and print materials
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive leads and conversions
- Track and maintain marketing leads and campaign data in CRM systems
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate and support events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology
- Experience executing campaigns and/or events
- Strong written communication skills (English required)
- Comfortable coordinating across teams
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM or marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com, Atlassian tools)
- Experience in webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinar)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Exposure to IT, SaaS, or enterprise software environment
