We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team in Manila. This role supports Griffith Hack, part of the IPH group, and plays a key part in driving growth and brand visibility.
As a Marketing & Business Development Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and marketing support, ensuring smooth team operations. You'll be based in our central BGC office, working onsite five days a week during the initial 3-months of your probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CRM (Client Relationship Management) System Support
- Assist with management and maintenance of CRM
- Data entry and updates to ensure CRM records are current and accurate and performed in a timely manner
- Regular data clean-up, monitoring, trouble shooting and de-duplication to maintain database integrity
- Support in managing lists, emails and event workflows in Microsoft Customer Insights Real-time journeys
Directory Submission Support
- Provide timely support for legal directory and award submissions (e.g., Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IAM Patent, Managing IP, WIPR Leaders, World Trademark Review etc)
- Collate, format, and prepare supporting documents, profiles and matter lists
- Liaise with other GH business units as required (HR, Finance, Operations) to update staff numbers and figures within directory submission documents
Content and publishing support
- Support in publishing of news articles and content to Griffith Hack's marketing channels
Updating Firmwide Collateral
- Assist with updating and managing firmwide collateral, including contact cards, capability statements, proposals and marketing materials ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across firm and event collateral in accordance with corporate style guidelines
International Trip Support
- Support the BD team with collateral for fee earner international travel arrangements
Updating and Managing Team CVs and Profiles
- Ensure fee earner CVs and profiles are up-to-date and accurately reflect their achievements and experience
- Add and Make updates to people profiles on the Griffith Hack website
Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and reports including basic data analysis and actionable insights from various internal resources
General Administration
- Support the BD&M team with ad hoc administrative duties as required including setting up meetings and recording key takeouts
- Email inbox management
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using a CRM platform
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
- Experience using WordPress or a similar website platform
- Experience with email marketing, event registration, and data management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills
