Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end company events and programs.
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company celebrations.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor partnerships.
- Oversee HR projects from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event evaluations.
- Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in events management, employee engagement, HR, or project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other creative tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
