We are looking for a super smart Marketing Coordinator to support our business development and marketing efforts. This role is all about deep internet research, gathering detailed information, and helping the team track potential opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct deep online research to gather information on potential opportunities and industry trends.
  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to assist in research, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Track and maintain the marketing calendar, including deadlines for campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
  • Organize research findings into clear, actionable reports for the team.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks as needed to support the department.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Clear English Communication is a must.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools or willingness to learn and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain calendars and track deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Previous marketing or coordinator experience preferred but not required.

 

Please Note:

 

  • The schedule for this position is 50+ hours per week, and you must be able to meet tight deadlines.
