Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing Director and the Marketing Admin Assistants
- Provide administrative support (scheduling, expense management via Concur).
- Handle government requirements for expats.
- Manage payments and purchase orders for marketing-wide needs, vendors, and supplies.
- Track invoices and agency fees; process monthly payment requests.
- Coordinate planning and execution of marketing meetings and activities.
- Prepare and distribute company-wide marketing communications.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of marketing employees.
Qualifications:
- College graduate.
- Experience leading a small team of Administrative Assistants.
- Experience as an administrative assistant to a Business Unit Head or Marketing Director.
- Experience in handling small department events (e.g., team building).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in multinational companies with expat support.
