Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Account Coordinator with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support client campaigns, content delivery, compliance initiatives, and project coordination. This role requires a marketing-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams
- Support campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Prepare project briefs and coordinate requirements with design and production teams
- Attend client and internal meetings and document key discussions, action items, and deliverables
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
- Review marketing content and creative assets for accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines
- Coordinate approval processes and implementation of marketing materials
- Generate reports related to campaign performance, compliance, and project status
- Maintain documentation, processes, and client requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive successful project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in Marketing, Account Management, Client Services, B2B Sales, or related functions
- Background as an Account Executive, Marketing Manager, B2B Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role is highly preferred
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Marketing agency, advertising, media, digital marketing, or client-facing environment
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns
- Familiarity with content management, compliance processes, and creative production workflows
