Job Summary
The Markets Structuring Officer supports the structuring team in pricing, analysis, transaction execution, product development, and reporting activities. The role prepares materials for client meetings, management reviews, and committee submissions while ensuring accuracy of pricing, documentation, and transaction monitoring. The incumbent serves as secondary support for client engagement activities and acts as designated backup for the Head of Structuring when required
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, pricing, and analysis of structured products and client solutions through research, financial modelling, and transaction analysis.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, term sheets, and other supporting materials for client engagements and business development initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, committee materials, product approval documents, and maintain transaction records in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support transaction execution and lifecycle management by coordinating with Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Monitor market developments and client needs, and recommend product enhancements, transaction structures, and solution templates.
- Provide analytical, transaction coordination, governance, and business continuity support for the Structuring function.
- Act as the designated backup to the Head of Markets Product & Structuring, as required, to ensure continuity of critical activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Structuring, Trading, Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Quantitative Analysis, Product Management, or Client Solutions.
- Experience with structured products, derivatives, and financial markets is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's Degree, CFA, FRM, Certified Money Market Professional (CMMP), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is an advantage.
