Role Overview

Kadence Philippines is looking for Market Researchersto join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries and research methodologies. You'll be involved in end-to-end market research processesfrom planning to fieldwork to data analysisin a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Description

  • Assist in developing fieldwork materials, discussion guides, and project plans
  • Observe and conduct fieldwork including focus groups, interviews, and surveys
  • Summarize respondent insights
  • Transcribe and translate interviews as needed
  • Analyze data and create compellingreports using PowerPoint (with visuals, graphs, and summaries)
  • Maintain data privacy and research quality standards under ISO 20252 and GDPR
  • Communicate with clients through email and calls throughout the project cycle
  • Collaborate with project teams while managing timelines and budgets
  • Perform other research-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Residing in Metro Manila or Rizal only (due to hybrid work and fieldwork requirements)
  • Background in qualitative or quantitative research is a plus (fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Open to training and development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently and in hybrid setups
  • Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Research, Marketing, Business, or related field
