Responsibilities
- Lead the market research function and develop frameworks for gathering and analyzing market data.
- Collaborates with cross-functional departments (sales, marketing, product innovation, supply chain and finance) to support customer-centric decision-making information, enabling the company to maintain its competitive edge and innovate with confidence in a dynamic marketplace.
- Provide insights on customer needs, customer behavior, market demand, competitive landscape and industry trends for expansion into new markets and evaluation of growth opportunities.
- Graduate of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
- Proficient in data analytics/research tools (Power BI, SPSS, Nielsen, Tableau, etc).
- Strong understanding of architectural and industrial coatings and a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- With at least 5-10 years of experience in market research, insights, or business intelligence.
