About the Role
RONIN International is looking for a Market Research Executive to manage end-to-end, multi-market research projects. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
This position focuses on both qualitative and quantitative research, so applicants must have experience handling and executing research business studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage market research projects from kickoff to close
- Work with costing sheets, specifications, and profitability tracking
- Develop and review screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (fieldwork, scripting, data processing, etc.)
- Oversee recruitment, change control, and scope management
- Provide clear client communication and regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with market research quality standards
- Identify risks early and propose solutions
Key Skills
- At least 1 year experience in project management (market research preferred)
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Understanding of data collection management
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Background in handling and executing research business studies
- CATI experience and knowledge of other languages/cultures are a plus
Location
This is an office-based position located in our prestigious new offices in the Makati District of Manila, Philippines. You will be joining a small team, already in place and a wider group of colleagues based around the world.
