Who You'll Work With

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including designing and conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover key customer pain points across the user journey
- Support credit and installment product initiatives through competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and market research to help optimize conversion and product performance
- Monitor the FinTech and consumer finance landscape to identify emerging trends, behavioral shifts, and market opportunities
- Provide timely insights and agile reporting to support urgent research requests from stakeholders
- Work closely with Product, Credit BD, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate research insights into actionable product improvements or marketing strategies
- Conduct user research and insight gathering to better understand customer needs, motivations, and barriers
- Continuously track market developments and evolving consumer behaviors to inform business decisions
- Support cross-functional strategic initiatives by delivering quick-turnaround research and data-driven insights

What We're Looking For
- 12 years of experience in financial research, market research, or consumer insights
- Experience using Microsoft Office or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and quality monitoring
