Overview
The Market Operations Specialist supports daily Poker-related activities and content tasks. The role focuses on simple event preparation, platform updates, basic tracking, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth operations and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Poker events and content for website, in-app, and social media channels.
- Update and coordinate content across multiple platforms.
- Work with product, design, localization, and operations teams on daily tasks.
- Check basic activity performance and collect user feedback.
- Support routine tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and simple reports.
- Ensure content accuracy across all channels.
- Assist in resolving basic operational issues and coordinating solutions.
- Support small projects and process coordination when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing or content operations is a plus.
- Interest or familiarity with Poker/card games (e.g., Tongits, Pusoy, Texas Hold'em).
- Basic understanding of online platforms, apps, or simple backend tools.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle simple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently and with multiple teams.
- Experience with online operations or CRM tools is an advantage.
