MARKET MANAGER ( CEBU CITY)

The Trade and Supply Chain Market Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the Bank's Trade and Supply Chain Finance business by acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, delivering tailored trade solutions, and achieving assigned revenue and volume targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Trade and Supply Chain Finance sales and volume targets.
• Support Relationship Managers and Branch partners in generating business opportunities.
• Promote Trade and Supply Chain Finance products to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate trade finance solutions.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, and other support units to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, call reports, and client records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of banking experience in Trade Finance, Credit, Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Trade and Supply Chain Finance products and banking processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
