Act as a u0027Talent Advisoru0027 to the business, develop actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers. Gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision-making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Track market intelligence requests on a daily basis and ensures all requests are closed within 24-36 hours distribute requests to vertical leaders if requests exceed the daily capacity
- Conduct labor market research to develop intelligence on functional roles provide recommendations on salary and hiring timelines based on a competitive market study provide in-depth market insights that aid stakeholders in identifying the marketability of roles in the PH
- Leverage market knowledge, partner with Sourcing Channel and Operations Manager to create sourcing and outreach strategies to attract talent (e.g. possible expansion sites, new technologies that are in high demand, new competitors, competitors who are actively hiring certain roles, etc.)
- Generate search insights report and knowledgeable on market mapping to be published to all stakeholders on a bi-monthly basis capably identify the right talent across global markets and provide advice to the business on how to attract that talent to Probe Group.
- Participate in weekly status meetings with the Sourcing Team, identify where market insights can be of use drive and shape the right sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected markets and geographies.
- Join client meetings when market insights are needed
- Use feedback from Market Intel requestors to improve the quality of submittals
- Update the Salary Matrix and the list of roles with limited availability on a monthly basis
- Submit weekly reports on market intelligence requests include the type of requests made, foreseeable challenges, etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, and maintenance growth of Probe Group.
