Your Role:

As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will act as a u0027Talent Advisoru0027 to the business, developing actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers. You will gather and analyze data for accurate decision-making and provide recommendations on candidate pools and recruiting techniques based on market conditions.

Specifically, you will:
  • Track market intelligence requests daily to ensure closure within 24-36 hours and distribute tasks to vertical leaders as needed.
  • Conduct labor market research to provide recommendations on salary, hiring timelines, and the marketability of roles in the Philippines.
  • Partner with Sourcing and Operations Managers to create outreach strategies for high-demand technologies, expansion sites, and competitor trends.
  • Generate bi-monthly search insight reports and market mapping to advise the business on attracting global talent.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify where market insights can shape sourcing strategies across various geographies.
  • Update the Salary Matrix and the list of limited-availability roles on a monthly basis.
  • Submit weekly reports detailing the type of requests made, foreseeable challenges, and overall market intelligence activity.
What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bacheloru0027s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing (can be from an internship or practicum).
  • Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search language and website flipping.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to utilize feedback to improve the quality of data submittals.
