Job Overview

The Marketing Information Analyst/Associate will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from primary and secondary sources, interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and providing reports to help management strategize and make informed business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, gather, extract, and organize data from primary and secondary sources
• Analyze, interpret, and identify patterns, trends, and correlations from the datasets
• Develop and design dashboards, charts, graphs, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to management
• Assist in providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Coordinates research requirements with internal and external providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize reporting systems

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative field (e.g., Math, CS, Stats) and at least 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and other MS Office applications. Experience in visualization/data reporting tools and the use of AI is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
