Conduct area mapping to identify potential outlets for AFCMI products.
Collaborate closely with Regional Distribution (RD) Sales Personnel to develop and execute sales strategies.
Conduct sales calls to identified outlets and promote relevant SKUs based on the designated must-push list for each channel.
Perform account sizing and prospecting to assess sales potential, including identifying carried competitor products, gathering pricing information, and evaluating opportunities based on the accounts menu, product offerings, and business needs.
Prepare and submit reports on sales calls, account conversions, customer feedback from non-buying accounts, competitive activities, competitor pricing, volume summaries, and other reports as required by the Area Sales Manager.
Conduct product presentations, negotiate business terms, and monitor the distribution and utilization of sales samples for potential accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support sales growth and account development.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
At least 12 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role; experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
Proven ability to identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
Knowledge of market mapping, territory management, and sales planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account potential, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Possesses a valid driver's license and can operate a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle (if required by the role).
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
