Role Description

Consolidated Training Systems Inc. (CTSI), a premier maritime and offshore training institution in Asia, is seeking a Maritime Instructor to deliver high-quality, standards-compliant training programs. This role is suited for maritime professionals with experience in training delivery, offshore operations, specialized training curriculums and safety training, who are committed to excellence in instruction and compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent maritime experience
• Certificate of Competency as Management Level Engineer Officer – preferred
• Certificate of Proficiency Advanced Training for Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations – preferred
• Completion of Basic and Advanced Training on Ships subject to IGF Code - preferred
• Strong understanding of maritime safety, offshore operations, and industry regulation
• Experience in delivering training or instruction, including the preparation of educational materials
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Maritime certifications, including certification from MARINA, GWO, or OPITO, are preferred
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning
