- Carry out travel bookings in a timely manner and distribute workload when required.
- Undertake relevant admin tasks and assist in producing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure client travel policy is adhered to, report client issues to the Supervisor.
- Ensure travel department activities are carried out as per the values and business ethics of OSM Thome.
- Effectively address and resolve queries/complaints.
- Assist on boarding of new clients/vessels and monitor client satisfaction.
- Undertake relevant discussions with suppliers to resolve disputes and ADM's
- Coordinate with crewing and fleet managers as in when required.
- Positively advocate for travel division as in when required.
- Any other duties as delegated within the scope and level of the post
Qualification and Requirements:
- Ability to use Amadeus or other GDS software
- MUST have experience in handling marine/corporate/offshore/ oil &gas travel requirements.
- Customer focused and ability to lead a busy team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Can Do attitude and lead by example
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Can work on a shifting schedule
