Manufacturing Technician (Mechanical & Electrical)
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting production equipment and manufacturing lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role includes production line model changeovers, equipment assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection activities. Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Conduct production line model changeover activities.
- Assemble, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Perform inspection and maintenance work during production downtime.
- Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Support production requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Willing to work overseas
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
