YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for day to day support to Production operations, in terms of Process Engineering and Repair and Maintenance of production equipment.
- Knowledgeable on Assembly processes like Diebond, Wirebond, Mold, Singulation.
- Knowledgeable on Test and Finish Processes and Tape and Reel.
Your Skills & Experiences
- graduate of any Technical bachelor's degree course except Civil Engineering.(Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical)
- With at least 3 years experience in Assembly and or Test Manufacturing in the semiconductor industry
- Familiar in SPC and QC Tools
- Familiar with Assembly and or Test Production operations, engineering evaluations,
product and process simplification.
- Can communicate and with interpersonal skills, able to connect, collaborate well with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Keen attention to details,
