Manufacturing Project Manager - CPG

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager - CPG to support a US-based manufacturing client of iSupport Worldwide. This role focuses on leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency, execution excellence, and strong alignment across teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Leadership to drive initiatives from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing and operations-related initiatives from planning through execution and close-out

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Serve as the primary point of coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery

• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues or roadblocks

• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow through on deliverables

• Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership visibility

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and execution efficiency within manufacturing operations

• Ensure initiatives align with quality standards, operational goals, and business priorities of a US manufacturing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading projects or initiatives within a manufacturing or operations-focused environment

• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and delivery methodologies

• Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar

• Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is preferred

• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is an advantage
