What to expect

Trainees will undergo the development plan deployed by the Manufacturing University for exposure to production and/or maintenance operations for knowledge and skills acquisition.

Undergo and pass regular skills/knowledge evaluations for department and executive assessments.

Contribute to systems and process improvements to area of deployment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course. With PRC License preferred.
• Excellent scholastic records.
• On-The-Job Training Experience in manufacturing an edge.
• Supervisory experience an advantage.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
