Manufacturing Plant Manager (Medical Device)

Job Summary
Lead and manage production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and resource planning to meet production schedules.
• Drive quality, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor production KPIs, resolve manufacturing issues, and support process validation and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of production management experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
