Job Description:
Makiling Green Cross Inc., a respected name in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a Manufacturing Plant Controller to join our operations team in Makiling, Calamba.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day chemical manufacturing and compounding processes
- Ensure plant operations comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor production metrics and equipment performance to identify improvement areas
- Lead documentation and reporting of operational outputs, downtimes, and process issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, supply chain) to meet production goals
- Support inventory planning and raw material usage monitoring
- Assist in process troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Chemical Engineering
- With 6 months to 1 year of experience in:
- Chemical compounding
- Chemical plant or manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of chemical processes and production equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Amenable to on-site work in Makiling, Calamba
- Willing to work a 6:00 AM 2:00 PM schedule (Monday to Saturday)
