Job Summary

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving the mechanical condition of production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore equipment performance.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Participate in advanced problem-solving and improvement activities.
• Maintain technical standards and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and loss elimination initiatives.
• Coach operators on basic equipment care and maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical vocational education in Mechanical Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs is preferred.
