They are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Manager for their coconut production plant in Davao.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Graduate of Engineering Course (Preferably licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineer)

. At least 10 years in food manufacturing setup

. At least more than 5 years in supervisory function

. Familiar with various food and systems certification, OSHS, ISO, HACCP, BRC

. Familiar with Project Management, MMS, ERP, Basic Financial Management skills, Lean Six Sigma

. Able to adapt to changing environments, technologies and processes

. Leadership and Managerial Skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production Management
  • Oversee the entire production process of coconut water from raw material (fresh coconuts) to finished bottled/packaged product.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Monitor daily production output to ensure efficiency and minimal wastage.
  • Ensure proper processing steps such as dehusking, cutting, water extraction, filtration, UHT/pasteurization, and packaging are followed
