What You'll Do
- Lead plant trials and validation activities to support product improvements, process optimization, and scale-up/down initiatives.
- Develop and implement protocols, manufacturing procedures, and technical reports for trials and validations.
- Evaluate and support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth and accurate execution.
- Review product and process documents to enable successful commercialization.
- Provide technical support to Production, Marketing, and Quality teams to resolve process and product issues.
- Oversee trial batches using alternative raw materials and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Support equipment qualification and routine validation of critical manufacturing processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Open to non-engineering graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality assurance.
- Experience in developing and documenting processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Willing to travel to manufacturing or third-party sites when needed.
