Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
Monitor production performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain)
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and reports
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Proven experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
