We take pride in delivering products that meet the highest industry standards. We are in search for a Manufacturing Director requirement for our Metro Manila site.

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of production targets while meeting quality, safety, and timeliness standards. The position also drives the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

The role monitors and oversees end-to-end manufacturing operational requirements, integrating all production activities to ensure meeting agreed upon production and service quality standards. This role likewise monitors utilization of labor costs against established work standards, collaborating with the required teams to ensure production targets and meet service turnaround times and objectives. This role likewise drives the fulfilment of manufacturing KPIs. It also monitors and reports performance vs. operations and financial targets, leads evaluation/implementation of CAPEX projects targeted to improve productivity, expansion, development of new capabilities and recommendation of initiatives to achieve targets and implementation of TPM programs.

This position leads and enforces the implementation of integrated management systems across all production areas, compliance to documentation requirements. This role also oversees and drives compliance with HACCP and other food safety, quality, and certification standards throughout manufacturing operations.

This role is key to spearheading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, upgrade equipment capabilities, and foster innovation across operations.

Other key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Director includes inventory control and systems compliance; implementation and monitoring of capacity expansion projects, leading and developing direct reports through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and competency-building initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and operational effectiveness.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course, and Management; with exposure to food manufacturing, food sciences and operations management.
  • At least 10 years experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in managerial and leadership capacity in plant operations.
