• Salary: PHP 65,000 - PHP 90,000
• Shift: Night Shift, Consecutive Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or data management
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, filters, and basic formulas
• Knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage
• Experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and NetSuite
• Strong adaptability and collaboration skills

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Capacity to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Dexterity to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements while operating standard office equipment.
• Capability to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Visual ability to maintain close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey and exchange information in various work situations.
• Tolerance for working in an environment with moderate noise levels.

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings in the ERP system based on engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain the consistency and accuracy of manufacturing data across ERP modules to support production planning, costing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Materials Planning teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to manufacturing data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and incomplete records.
• Support new product development by maintaining accurate and relevant manufacturing data.
• Assist with ERP audits, system cleanups, and data migration initiatives.
• Create and maintain accurate models, drawings, inspection documents, and assembly instructions to support seamless production launches and value-engineered product improvements.
