Manufacturing Assistant Manager
Danao City, Cebu | On-site | Full-time, Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production operations based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
- Direct and control daily activities within the assigned area to ensure a smooth, continuous production flow.
- Drive consistent attainment of quality, safety, sanitation, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across finished products and the workplace.
- Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational innovation opportunities.
- Verify and submit accurate, timely production reports and other documentation required by management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operating units to align production goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of end-to-end production plant experience (preferably 5–7 years for tenured candidates) within the food, semiconductor/electronics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
- Solid working knowledge of production processes and food processing technologies, with experience conducting technical seminars, training sessions, and orientation programs.
- Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities (or have local accommodations/relocation arrangements).
