Job Responsibilities:
- Assess software quality through manual testing.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand, review, analyze requirements and testing scope for the project
- Review and develop a comprehensive Test Plan and Test Cases based on the provided requirements
- Executes test based on test strategy, test plan and test case.
- Logs and investigates defects. Discusses incidents found with developer.
- Sets up test environment and reports to scrum team and customer.
Job Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Between 1 - 3 years of experience in manual testing.
- Attention to detail, thinking out of the box to break logic and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and has initiative and can be able to catch up easily and able to work with less supervision
- Willing to be assigned/relocated in Cebu City.
Good to Have Skills:
- Has experience in mentoring or leading junior testers
- Experience with gathering and documenting functional requirements, use cases, test cases and test execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in multi-functional printer and multi-functional printer testing experience is a plus.
- Has experience in the following testing types: UI, Function test, Regression Test, and Ad hoc Testing.
- Has hands-on experience in XRAY, JIRA and SharePoint.
- Has experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services (creation of application, OIDC, Azure Active Directory), MS SQL.
- Knowledgeable in Windows Active Directory, Windows Server
- Has basic network knowledge is a plus.
- ISTQB certified is a plus.
