Job Title: Manual Tester - CRM

Job Location: Manila, Makati, Binondo

Yrs Of Experience Required: 7+ yrs

• Candidate must have experience in CRM Experience in Banking Domain Strong understanding of CRM platforms and business processes.
• Proven experience in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test execution documentation. Expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT support.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into test conditions. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to CRM reporting and dashboard validation.
• Ensure successful test case execution maintaining the organizations quality standards. Maintain work allocation and reporting structure Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes Maintain workplace discipline and adhere to organization standards Provide status updates on daily, weekly, monthly basis to test manager and Project Manager.
