Are you driven to succeed, quick to adapt, and eager to think outside the box At Pointwest, we are looking for a sharp, proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) software solutions set the benchmark for quality and performance.

What You'll Do (Tasks & Responsibilities)

• Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Design complete test plans and execute end-to-end frontend and backend testing (Angular, .NET) to ensure seamless user experiences. Partner closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to resolve defects swiftly.
• Growing Our Business: Translate functional user stories into strategic test coverage, ensuring robust deployments that safeguard client trust and drive business expansion.
• Improving the Way We Work: Use API tools (Postman/ReadyAPI), SQL queries, and log monitoring platforms (Kibana, SumoLogic, App Insights) to proactively isolate issues and elevate software standards.
• Developing Myself and Others: Stay ahead of tech trends, expand your testing toolkit, and collaborate across teams to elevate collective QA capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years in SDLC, manual testing, and defect tracking.
• Tech Capabilities: Frontend/backend experience with Angular & .NET, basic SQL query writing, exposure to API testing, and monitoring tools (Kibana, SumoLogic, or App Insights).
• Bonus Points: Basic awareness of Salesforce platforms and exposure to test automation concepts.
• Core Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a flexible, collaborative attitude built on Agility, Accountability, and Innovation.
