- Manage day-to-day manpower operations for assigned facilities against confirmed manpower plans and vendor commitments.
- Monitor manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment, and coordinate with Operations and vendors to address manpower gaps and short-term requirement changes.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure manpower requirements, timelines, and agreed operating processes are clearly communicated and executed.
- Identify and follow up on manpower execution issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support the rollout of manpower-related processes, SOPs, and operational initiatives at assigned facilities.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvements to improve execution efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, or vendor coordination is preferred.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage changing or time-sensitive operational requirements.
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis.
- Responsible and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.
- No specific educational qualification is required relevant experience and suitability for the role will be considered.
