Job Description

Salary Range: Based on experience and results of interview

  • Basic Salary: PHP 20,000 - 40,000
  • Language allowance: PHP 40,000 - 60,000

Office Location: Makati City, Philippines.

Working Schedule: Shifting, 3 days-off per week. 12 working hours with 2 hours break

Job Purpose:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers based in China, ensuring exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers through live chat, telephone, email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, complaints, and the actions taken to address them.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by gathering and evaluating relevant data, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the team leader, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in customer service/call center is preferred.
  • Service-minded individual with a genuine interest in helping and working with customers.
  • Team player who actively supports colleagues, fosters excellent team spirit, and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a calm and patient attitude, particularly when handling customer complaints and addressing upset customers.
  • Able to handle customer complaints and deal effectively with upset customers
