Job Description

The Mandarin Speaker - Office Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the

office. This role requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to handle various tasks across different functions, including administration, operations, coordination, and basic fieldwork, and translation of documents or communications between English, Mandarin, and Filipino.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data encoding, scanning, etc.)
  • Support daily office operations and assist different departments
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized records and confidential documents
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating activities
  • Process administrative requests and reimbursements
  • Perform liaison tasks (banks, government agencies, vendors)
  • Translate documents and communications (English, Filipino, Chinese)
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment
  • Support management with special projects and other tasks

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to multitask and do occasional fieldwork
  • Trustworthy, flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Filipino (required)
  • Experience in Sales/Marketing is a plus
