REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
Having 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Design, or other related fields.
Proven experience in creating and documenting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with product analytics and performance-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven products, creator economy ecosystems, fan engagement solutions, and related digital platforms.
Experience working with social media platforms, creator-focused applications, subscription-based services, digital content products, and online communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms based on business and user requirements.
Work closely with product managers, developers, operations teams, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements into product designs.
Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize product concepts and features.
Gather user insights, analyze behavior data, and recommend design improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Establish and manage design systems, UI guidelines, and product design documentation to ensure consistency across platforms.
Participate in product planning, testing, and implementation, ensuring designs are accurately executed and aligned with business goals.
