REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Having 3 years of experience in platform operations, digital media, the creator economy, social media, or related fields.
Having the ability to manage projects effectively and ensure successful execution.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with influencers, MCNs, creator agencies, or media-related platforms.
Familiarity with subscription-based services and community-focused platforms.
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Manage and monitor day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance.
Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, executives, or business partners.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and use data insights to improve operational efficiency.
Create and execute plans, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and drive growth.
Identify operational challenges, implement process improvements, and ensure timely resolution of business concerns.
