Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual IT Support to join our team at Digiplus Interactive Corporation! If you excel at Level 1 technical troubleshooting and can bridge the gap between complex systems and business stakeholders in both English and Mandarin, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Provide Support for IT infrastructure and internal systems.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear technical updates.

Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high service standards (SOPs).

Communicate technical solutions fluently in Mandarin and English.

What We're Looking For:

0–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.

Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal).

Foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Windows/Mac/Networking).

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
