Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MANDARIN/CHINESE INTERPRETER!

JOB DISCRIPTION:

1.Must be able to understand technical and engineering terms and must possess relevant technical experience, either as a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering or through experience in the oil and gas industry.

2.Provide accurate oral interpretation between management and employees during meetings, briefings, site visits, and other work-related activities.

3.Assist the Owner and Management Head by interpreting official discussions, instructions, and communications as needed.

4.Interpret messages faithfully with no additions, omissions, or distortions of meaning.

5.Translate written documents such as emails, reports, contracts, memoranda, and other business correspondence.

6.Maintain confidentiality of all company information discussed or interpreted.

7.Coordinate with the Administration Department and government agencies regarding schedules, assignments, and reporting.

8.Handles coordination with government agencies for permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

9.Ensure clear and professional communication between parties to avoid misunderstandings.

10.Support day-to-day executive operations and other tasks as assigned by the by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excel / Proficient in Chinese and English

For Filipinos, 5 years or more of study or working experience in China is required

For Taiwanese, Hong Kong residents, and Singaporeans, 3 years or more of English-related study or work experience is required

Final salary to be discussed upon final interview

SALARY RANGE

100K TO 150K
