Mandarin Innovation Project Coordinator Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners.
- Project Documentation & Translation: Translate project documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and English.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and documenting action items.
- Problem Resolution: Identify, document, and help resolve project delays or risks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within innovation, FMCG, CPG, or engineering sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and, project management software,.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and, communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite
