Role Description The Mandarin/Fookien Language Instructor (Work from Home) delivers live online lessons to individual learners and small groups, using Speedtalk's interactive and communication-centered teaching methods. Daily responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, conducting classes via online platforms, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor adapts teaching strategies to different proficiency levels, maintains accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborates with the training center to improve course content and learner experience. This is a remote role that requires reliable internet connectivity and a professional virtual teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct Mandarin and/or Fookien to diverse learners.
• Experience teaching online or in classroom settings, ideally with adult or corporate learners.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity, with a learner-centered approach.
• Ability to use online teaching tools and platforms, and to maintain a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
