REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English. (HSK 5 passer or equivalent conversational fluency)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Having at least 5 years of cybersecurity, security operations, or network security experience
Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and threat management
Experience with vulnerability management and incident response
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud security
Experience with SIEM, EDR, EASM, Privileged Access Management, or Identity Security tools
Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, SC-200, AZ-500, or equivalent
Experience operating within regulated APAC markets and familiarity with regional data privacy laws (Chinese PIPL)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls and solutions to protect organizational systems, applications, networks, cloud infrastructure, endpoint devices, and sensitive data from potential cyber threats.
Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, identify system weaknesses, assess potential risks, and coordinate remediation efforts to strengthen overall security.
Participate in security architecture reviews and risk assessments, support security compliance and governance initiatives, and ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, technical procedures, and incident response guidelines while providing cybersecurity awareness, technical guidance, and security best practices to users and employees.
Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to communicate security requirements effectively in Mandarin and English, coordinate security initiatives, address technical concerns, and continuously improve the organization's security posture and operational resilience.
